Hello Babies! After our mini vacation; which was well needed, back to our work grind. I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving and a safe Black Friday Weekend! As I stepped out Thursday night in my first, by myself, Black Friday crowd, I wonder was I really doing this? There were people EVERYWHERE! I just stood there and shock my head but I was out with them. I'm thankful that the crowd I was in wasn't crazy. My Friday shopping in Petersburg wasn't bad either. Thanksgiving is coming

Good Day to you! I just want to say Thank You for all your hard work on yesterday! I appreciated it so much!  Things look good and its all because of you! No one can't say that the students don't care about their school. I can say I know 100 students that do. Thanks Again!

Say Thank You!

As we look forward to the 3:15 bell and get ready for a 3 day weekend, let's not forget why we have tomorrow out of school. November 11th, has been set aside to remember those who have served in Armed Force to help protect this country. Some Vets have lost their lives in the line of duty, so that we could still enjoy our freedom. Take time out of your busy schedule and have a moment of silence for all the fallen soldiers that have fought for us and tell the ones you know THANK YOU!

A repeat but a good one

Love....this is a powerful four letter word. Webster defines it as:

a (1) : strong affection for another arising out of kinship or personal ties <maternal love for a child> (2) : attraction based on sexual desire : affection and tenderness felt by lovers (3) : affection based on admiration, benevolence, or common interests <love for his old schoolmates> b : an assurance of love <give her my love>

2: warm attachment, enthusiasm, or devotion <love of the sea>

3a : the object of attachment, devotion, or admiration <baseball was his first love> b (1) : a beloved person : darling —often used as a term of endearment (2) British —used as an informal term of address

But what is love really? We tell people that we love them. We tell that special guy/girl that we are so in love with them and no one else can every change that. But are we truly in love? Love can be dangerous depending on how you use it. As I tweeted earlier, love is like a loaded shotgun; be careful how you handle it. You just may get shot. As a 30yr old woman I can say that I have been in love and I have had my share of what I thought was love. You live and learn, but we die and forget it all. Now I am curious to know as high school juniors and seniors, how do you define love? Me, personally, believe that this is the best definition of love: "Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. 5It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. 6Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. 7It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. 8Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, they will cease; where there are tongues, they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away. 9For we know in part and we prophesy in part, 10but when perfection comes, the imperfect disappears. 11When I was a child, I talked like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child. When I became a man, I put childish ways behind me. 12Now we see but a poor reflection as in a mirror; then we shall see face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known.

Good Day Love Bugs! Now that the Conrad Murray case is over and he was found guilty, what's your thoughts? For all that do not know him, he is the doctor that was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter of Michael Jackson.

Is Chivarly Dead?

Good Morning! You ever wonder if the rules of etiquette still exist? You know, when a guy opens the door for a lady, pulls out her chair, etc. Or a lady being just that, a Lady! She says please and thank you. Yes and excuse me. Doing nice things for others? Is it dead? Does it not exist or not being taught? As I listen to you come in, I can say that it's not dead just not used. 
 Chivarly is define as:
