I got 99 problems and this place WILL NOT be one of them

Wat Up Sunshines! In the words of JayZ, "I got 99 problems and a ....." well you know the rest! As I sit back and look at things around here, I see so may things that could be done a million and one different ways. If I see it and know you all see and I often wonder if the shoe was on the other foot how would you handle it. So I want you to tell me what you see and how would you handle problems.
