The Ideal Sub
HI BABIES! I'M BACK!!!!! AND SO HAPPY! You already know so I'm not going to say it. I have got emails, tweets, Google Talk, etc. about how you all felt about your sub. I want to know what is your idea of a good sub. What makes a good sub? What are your likes and dislikes? Not saying it will happen like that but I do value your thoughts on things. Glad to be back! ~Ms. A

A good sub makes sure that everything goes right in the class. They would try to be like the real teacher. What I like about a sub is patience, being on time, and taking care of business. My dislikes include having a bad attitude and not knowing how to work with the students.
ReplyDeleteI'm SOOOOO glad you're back . My idea of a good sub will be someone who trusts us to do our work and not constantly down our throat. When we already know what we're suppose to be doing.
ReplyDeleteMs. Allen im so glad that you are back with us today! My idea of a good sub is someone who would not constantly talk to us, but if we're doing something we shouldnt be doing they should speak up.
ReplyDeleteA good sub is one that knows how to keep order but at the same time doesn't try to do more than the teacher. A sub shouldn't tell the students what the teacher does and does not let them do. Also, a good sub should not criticize the students.
ReplyDeleteI feel that a good sub will keep the class under control without being completely controlling. A good sub doesn't criticize the students of the class...
ReplyDeleteA good sub keeps order but should understand that they are not the teacher. They should know how to keep their classes under control.
ReplyDeleteAbout time you are back!!!! My idea of a good sum has patience, can be serious but also can have fun too. My dislikes of a sub would have to include how some of them think they know what and what not the teacher allows you to do
ReplyDeleteA good sub to me is one who lets you do whatever you want but still knows how to control or handle the class.
ReplyDeleteThat sub we had last week was horrible. A good sub to me is someone that comes in and go by the teachers directions that were left. I hate it when a sub tries to come and change the rules when Im used to doing something when the normal teacher is here. Also the sub should know how tokeep order but still be down to earth.

ReplyDeleteWhew! I'm so glad to see that you're back Ms. A!!!! A good sub is a sub that will make sure the students do their work, and afterwards they will let the students talk. What I like about a sub is when they know right from wrong and still can have a good time.

ReplyDeletei think that a good sub is someone who has similar characteristics of ms.allen. & most of all asks questions before inferring everything.
ReplyDeleteI am sooooo happy that you're back , i missed you soooo much ! My ideal of a qood sub , is a sub that dont treat us like babies ! Dont have to say something to every little thing we do. Also if they dont know how a class work then dont try to take over and act like this a AP class and what not. Just someone who is use mature children and not little kids.

ReplyDeleteMy ideal sub is a nice person who is understanding and knows the school. Therefore they know what happens and how people do things around here.
