Need a Day


Hello Angels! Have you ever just felt like you need a day? A day from everyone and everything. We, in educations call it a Mental Health Day! Sometimes we have so much going on that we just get stressed out and don’t know it until our body shuts down. I decided to define stress.
Definition: Stress is the body's reaction to a change that requires a physical, mental or emotional adjustment or response.
Stress can come from any situation or thought that makes you feel frustrated, angry, nervous, or anxious.
Stress is caused by an existing stress-causing factor or "stressor."
Dealing with a serious illness or caring for someone who is can cause a great deal of stress.

Stress comes in all shape, forms, and fashions. It happens to the young and to the old. Stress doesn’t have an age limit. We must learn to take time out for ourselves and take care of ourselves. No one is going to love you better than you can. So I’m giving you a heads up now. One day Ms. A will not be here. I won’t respond to text messages, emails, or phone calls. Don’t mean I don’t care or love you. I’m not ignoring you either. Just need a day for me. Love you very much!

  1. Stressing is a terrible thing. And since i've become a senior i've become a bit more stressed trying to get my college stuff together, maintain grades, relationships with my friends, family . But you're right you have to have time for yourserlf also.

  2. stress is the worst thing...with this being my senior year it feels like everything that i thought i had all together & had control over is slowly slipping through the cracks of my hands. some ME time or a chill day sounds too good !

  3. Stress has sometimes actually killed someone physically. I refuse to keep streesing over something thats not worth it. I live my life to the fullest and I am going to enjoy intil my heart stop beating. I do have times when i just get in my own little world and listen to my music.

  4. Stressing is very bad and people shouldnt have to endure it at all. Especially older people becuase that may make them worry and cause them to be in the hospital or even die. Teenagers always seem to be stressed out about alot of different things and makes them not even wanna be bothered with anybody else. I always try to take some time for myself and think things through.

  5. Stress is the worst thing to have in life. I have been in a bunch of stress in my life and it does not feel good. You usually get frustrated from being in a stressed place. But all I have to say is keep living your and let God help you through your situations.

  6. Stress is just like the devil, HATEFUL. Stressing is bad for your health. That's why when I feel like i'm about to stress out, I just kneel down and pray. That's all you can do when you start stressing. God will make a way!

  7. I do feel like I need a day to myself sometimes because sometimes people can be so annoying. But one thing that I dont do is stress out about little things and people that dont matter because my health and happiness is the most important thing.

  8. stress stress stress. Have been stressed before and i hate it. but its okay because i have gotten over something a little (or at least thats what i think)

  10. We all have been stressd and we all kknow that it is terrible. But we must stay with God and let him handle our problems.

  13. Being stress is not a good feeling. Sometimes you can feel like nothing will ever be right. I hate being stressed but you know you're going to always have to go through bad days to make it through the good ones.
